This webinar serves as a showcase of HECSTAB's capabilities for creating models for direct geometry windage analysis and evaluating these models in Herbert-ABS Wind and HECSTAB. We will look at how to add 3D topside geometry to a HECSTAB model in Ship Project Editor. Then, we will analyze the model in Herbert-ABS Wind, looking at the applicable wind settings. After a preliminary analysis, data from the analysis can be used for other studies in HECSTAB, such as a Max KG study.

This webinar will touch on the following topics:

• Wind model definition in Ship Project Editor;

• Wind analysis in Herbert-ABS Wind;

• Applying wind analysis results to the ship model;

• Intact Max KG analysis in HECSTAB.
